A taste of culture with Amandine

If there’s a way that you can make me happy with – it’s Moroccan pastry! This weekend I received not one, not two, but SIX boxes (you will read about 4 of them in another post) from Pâtisserie Amandine in Marrakech. Good to keep me satisfied for the coming week!

When I opened the package, I immediately fell in love with the way their sweets are presented! On the first box they printed a painting of the souk of Marrakech… and when you open the box you can almost smell the souk. The box is filled with several Moroccan pastry and you can really taste the fact that Amandine uses premium ingredients while still respecting the Moroccan tradition.

The second box is one of their newest addition to their collection ”A taste of culture”. A beautiful royal blue colored box, with on both sides printed Moroccan mosaic, filled with typical Moroccan cookies – and one of my favorites: ‘Ka’b Ghzal’ (Corne de Gazelle). You can taste the rosewater and their pure ingredients.

Best thing ever: they ship world wide and the cookies arrive the next day 😉 Also, if you’re in Marrakech you can enjoy their pastries in their tea room in the heart of the city.
